Mini-Session Contract Provisions

These Mini-Sessions Contract Provisions are statements in a legal contract that outlines the specifics of having a mini-session.

This is specific to mini-sessions with the following :

• • limitations on scope of photographic services due to nature of “mini”
  • products included in session
  • all monies paid up front
  • all monies non-refundable if client fails to show or cancels
  • limitations on number of photographed individuals
  • booking and payment
